Line 4A's last station and, until the Mogharpada depot is ready, the line's pit line for stabling and maintenance (Free Press Journal, 22 Aug 2026). No Marathi name found in an MMRDA source. MMRDA's alignment file puts it about 360 m further along than the 2017 report's chainage, against under 100 m at every other station: the Line 4A route or the station moved after 2017 (no source says which).

A parapet segment fell from the viaduct onto vehicles at Mulund: one man died and three people were hurt.
On LBS Road near Mulund Fire Station, at pier P196. MMRDA fined the civil contractor, the Reliance Infrastructure-Astaldi joint venture (named 'RAJV Milan Infra' by News On AIR), Rs 5 crore, and the general consultants (DB Engineering, Hill International and Louis Berger) Rs 1 crore; the consultants' services ended on 18 Feb 2026. An MMRDA executive engineer was suspended. MMRDA's inquiry, as Free Press Journal reported it on 26 Mar 2026, found that a welder cut the temporary supports of a newly placed segment before it was joined, and no design, material or workmanship fault; work on Line 4 was then cut back to safety work only. No MMRDA document on the inquiry was found.
