Planned: Thane Integral Ring Metro (Maha-Metro).

The Thane Integral Ring Metro is Maha-Metro's 29 km ring line round west Thane, 22 stations, approved by the Union Cabinet on 16 Aug 2024 and due by 2029. It has its own Balkum Naka station; its official route map puts it about 1 km east of Line 5's (see Around the station), and does not call the two an interchange. The Cabinet release names no interchange; The Metro Rail Guy reports interchanges with Lines 4 and 5 without naming stations; housing.com, citing Maha-Metro's site, names Balkum Naka.
